Have some questions before you place an order? 3 Hands Custom Embroidery is here to help! Contact us if your question is not answered within the FAQs below.

Artwork can be submitted electronically. It can be sent to me as a JPEG, PDF, PNG, AI, CDR, EPS or PSD file. Once received the artwork will be evaluated for conversion to an embroidery file. If the artwork needs revising, we will give you the option to redo it yourself or to have us revise it for an additional fee.

Digitizing – digitizing means converting artwork into a file format the embroidery machine can use to sew out the artwork pattern.
Digitizing Cost – A simple design (single color – 2 lines) will be approximately $20. A more complex design (multiple colors and an intricate design) will be anywhere from $25 – $125. This is a one-time cost, if used for the exact same design, on repeat orders. If adjustments to the design are needed on subsequent orders an adjustment fee will be charged.
Embroidery Order – The embroidery order will take a minimum of 10 business days once the digitized artwork is approved and the garments are received. If needed sooner a rush fee will be applied.

Quantity – there is no maximum, however, the guaranteed by date will need to be negotiated
Embroidery Cost – it depends on many factors such as complexity of the design, number of colors used in the design, the number of stitches in the design, the number of garments in the order, etc. We detail this out in our quote
Embroidery Cost – yes, price breaks occur at 2-5 garments, 6-11 garments, 12-23 garments, 24- 47 garments, 48-71 garments, and 72-?? Garments.
Garments – yes, you can buy the garments you need from 3 Hands Custom Embroidery or you can supply your own. If you supply your own garment 3 Hands Custom Embroidery cannot guarantee and exact brand and style replacement if your original garment is damaged in during the embroidery process. 3 Hands Custom Embroidery makes every effort to procure a similar style of garment from one of its vendors to replace the damaged garment at 3 Hands Custom Embroidery’s expense
Garments – 3 Hands Custom Embroidery embroiders baseball caps, knit hats, T-shirts, polos, dress shirts, shirt cuffs, cloth bags, school uniforms, jackets, scrubs, lab coats, martial arts belts, patches, etc. If you are not sure about something, please ask and we can evaluate the item to see if we can embroider it. If we can’t then we will try to connect you with someone who can embroider your unique item.
Other services – 3 Hands Custom Embroidery also provides the following services:
– Rhinestone designs – both heat applied and hand set (to enhance sports teams pre-made jerseys, etc.)
– Transfers – we apply heat transfer designs for sports teams (jersey numbers, names, ect.)
– Screen Printing – we can screen print larger quantities of t-shirt
